Day 4.2

My day today is completely booked. During the day I went to a convention, and tonight I'm taking my daughter to a dance performance. In between I stopped at the grocery store and a restaurant and came so close to so many mistakes, but I stayed tough.

9 - hot chocolate
2 - peanut butter bar
5 - chicken skewer and veggies
6 - oatmeal (I didn't like it, but it was very filling)
11 - greek yogurt
Exercise: Lots of walking!

I had bars in my purse at the convention but no water, and I have to have something to wash each bite down or it won't go. So I'll probably end up with not enough food today.

I noticed today I had the ketosis taste in my mouth, so I'm glad that's started. Something else started today too.... which explains why I've been craving the chocolatey meals. And feeling bloated. And might not put up a great number for my first week. ...

Successes:
Today I went into a city known for its restaurants and didn't eat anything. I also walked over 5 miles!

Confessions:
I was so so so tired when I got home I ate a little bit of yogurt and now I'm going to sleep. I just felt like I didn't have the energy to make another mix and I can't handle another bar today either.

Hated-being-fat moment today:
I've decided to start this section so when I re-read these I can remind myself of all the reasons there are to be strong on this diet.
I went to a convention this morning and had to sit in the seats that are all hooked together for lectures. I had to fret because the chairs were narrow and I didn't want anyone to sit next to me. I barely fit in the chairs in the auditorium that night. I want to have space on each side of me in public seating!
