10:30a - I am feeling blue today about this whole thing. I'm hungry and I just don't want any of the food.
9 - Smores Bar
12:30 - Hot chocolate
1:30 - leftover chicken and grilled peppers/onions
3:30 - vanilla pudding (actually kind of liked this)
7 - Roast beef, lettuce salad
11 - brownie
Exercise: None, my charley horse hurts too much!
Mood: Deprived and sensitive
Successes:
- Tonight I had a banana in hand and was going to eat it because it's how I usually get better from charley horses, I guess it's the vitamins in them or something. At the last moment I walked away and made a medifast brownie instead.
- I threw away a bunch of travel junk food in my car without having any.
- I had 2 quarters in my pocket all day and didn't eat anything from the snack machine even though it taunted me every time I went by!
Confessions:
I put 9-10 chocolate chips on my MF brownie, and I ate 2 bites of noodle salad from dinner. Not really worth it, but right now I'm just happy to still be on the diet. 3 days is the longest I've stayed on since my first go.
