I was so flippin' hungry today! I ate a salad at lunch, and then made another Lean/Green for dinner tonight instead of a MF meal. I may try this again in the future, because family dinners are important to us but I can't get through a full day until dinner on just MF meals either.
I keep looking in mirrors expecting to see a difference even though I know it's ridiculous, but I am just so hungry I better see results fast!
Successes:
My job brought in free pizza for lunch today. I planned to avoid the break room during lunch and arranged to have them pick up a salad for me instead, but one of my co-workers brought his plate full of 3 giant pieces of pizza into my cube and sat down and ate it in front of me while he was helping me with a computer problem. Man, did that pizza smell good! I didn't have any though!
Confessions:
There was a little cheese on the salad and I ate one crouton before pouring the rest into the trash. I also used a soy based marinade for the meat for my dinner, but overall it was a really good day.
9 - Hot chocolate (usually I like this meal, but it was so lumpy it was just nasty)
12 - L/G Chicken caesar salad with just the teeniest dribble of dressing and a single crouton
3 - Banana pudding (made it too runny and had to drink it, ugh)
6 - Peanut Butter bar
7 - L/G Grilled chicken breast with sauteed peppers and onions
11 - Peanut Butter bar
After looking at this I see I need to eat some of the more filling meals. Even though I like the hot chocolate it doesn't stick to my ribs, and the bars have never been very satisfying. Sure are convenient though.
