Day 14

Morning scale report: +2 lbs

Not good. It's the first time I've had a gain instead of a loss or stayed the same on a daily weigh in. I know what happened - the weekend! Actually, yesterday I discovered that some special chocolates I'd brought home from Belgium and was saving until September had melted. I was so sad over them. :( I ate three of the melty chocolates and threw the rest away. (So in one way it was a victory, because I didn't eat the whole box.) My other big mistake yesterday was with dinner, because I used soy sauce and cornstarch in the stir-fry.

I will do better today because I want those 2 lbs gone again!

9:30 - hot chocolate
12:30 - bar and small amount of stir fry leftovers
6:00 - banana pudding
8:00 - spaghetti squash w/ marinara & turkey sausage
midnight - bar
