Morning scale report: -1.5 lbs
I guess 13 is my lucky number! 13 lbs in 13 days. :)
10:00 - MF scrambled eggs made as an omelette
1:00 - cinnamon bun bar
4:30 - vanilla shake (added cinnamon, still not my favorite
6:30 - L/G chicken and veggie stir-fry
9:00 - frozen strawberry shake (gross!)
midnight - oatmeal raisin bar (not as good as usual)
So over the past two days I have lost a total of 3.5 lbs. I have also been as close to perfectly strict on the diet as I've been since the beginning. I don't think it's a coincidence.
This is exactly what I needed to psyche me up for my first weekend on the diet at home. Since my husband and kids aren't on the diet, and because we started out with a lot of junk food in the house, we still have a lot of my favorite treats here.
I would recommend to anyone on the diet to get rid of their treats and snacks or store them way out of sight before they start!
