Practically a perfect day. Chocolate at every meal. :)
10 - Hot chocolate
12 - Leftovers (steamed broccoli and ground turkey/ham/cheese patties)
3 - chocolate sludge (oops, I mean pudding)
7 - another turkey patty and steamed peas
10 - MF brownie
Confessions - should be eating more MF meals, but I think it's more important that I make this diet work for me. Not sure I can stick to it if it's 5/day.
I'm also a little disheartened by the scale this week. It's been down 1 lb. all week. I know week 2 is a tough one, so I'm not giving up, but I was aiming for 3-4 lbs this week. That might not be realistic.
