I just saw my mom last week though and she looks so amazing. We went shopping together and she got to try on so many cute new styles and fits. I am really proud of her and she's such an inspiration to me. Visiting her got me really excited to restart Medifast.
Here are the main reasons I am starting the diet again now:
Even though some of the weight I lost originally is still gone, I'm going to reset my start weight to what it is today though, and not count what I already lost.
I'm hoping I won't feel as deprived this time as last time. I know which foods I like, so I'll start with eating mostly those. Luckily I have quite a bit of food left from when I quit, so I won't have to buy any for a while.
I also know that I need to be a lot more careful about cheating. I'm sure that my biggest challenge will be that I'm home full-time with the kids now and I have to have the discipline not to eat bites of their food as I'm making it.
