Morning Scale Report: No change...
(...which is nothing short of a miracle.)
8:30 - hot chocolate
12:30 - Chipotle salad with carnitas (getting burned out on this)
3:00 - banana pudding
5:30 - caramel bar
10:30 - stew
Well, I've discovered my limit, here it is - being sick, having 2 sick kids, staying home with them for 3 days in a house full of treats, taking everyone to the doctor, running errands, finding out husband is going to hockey game.
Last night I ordered pizza for dinner for the kids because I was too sick and tired to even make them a hot dog! Then I ate some of it. I didn't go hog-wild, but I should have made a lean and green instead. The WORST thing though is that I decided to have some popcorn too while I was at it. Bad me.
I have been tired this afternoon, and it's probably from yesterday's carb extravaganza. It could be from still being sick today too though. I haven't had big-time carb cravings or a withdrawal headache like I got when I started the diet, so that's a relief.
Heather - Thanks for posting a comment! I'm glad this blog has helped you and I hope I'm not too terrible of an example. Hang in there, it really does get better after the first few days. Keep in touch, I'd love to hear how you're doing!
