Morning Scale Report: no change
Curse you scale!
I'm trying out a new plan today. I have to be in to work early for the next few days, so I'm going to try to fit in 2 mixes before lunch, then 1 in the afternoon, 1 bar on the way home or late afternoon, and just one mix at home.
7:30 - hot chocolate
10:30 - vanilla pudding
12:30 - Fajita style steak with green peppers and onions (YUM!)
3:30 - Cream of chicken soup
6:30 - Lemon crunch bar (same deal with the aftertaste)
10:30 - Oatmeal raisin bar (this is a maintenance bar, no aftertaste for me)
Food Confessions: Isn't it a little pathetic that I even HAVE daily food confessions? I know it is. *sigh* Anyway, I had a great day I think. At lunch there was a GIANT bowl of (my favorite) chips and salsa on the table. I had 4 or 5 broken PIECES of chips and that was mainly because it was a work lunch and I was being scrutinized.
